Coach Bryan Chung
Bryan began playing pickleball in 2015 in Glenview, IL, and has been coaching for 8 years. His journey from player to competitive athlete, coach, tournament director, video creator, and pickleball sportswear designer reflects his passion for the sport.
Through training in Illinois, California, and Hawaii, Bryan pursued his dream of going pro while immersing himself in the growing pickleball community. Along the way, he started Sublime Pickleball, a brand offering coaching, instructional videos, tournaments, and a clothing line.
A U.S. Open Champion and experienced 4.5/5.0 competitor, Bryan dedicates his time to teaching, competing, and documenting the sport’s growth. His unique background as a skateboarder and wrestler has shaped him into a skilled player and coach, focused on helping students improve their skills, mental game, and enjoyment of pickleball.
Bryan’s ultimate goal is to inspire players while growing the sport he loves.

Coach Chris Klein
Chris is a PPR certified coach with years of experience teaching pickleball for organizations such as the Northbrook Park District, Good Shepherd Health and Fitness, YMCA’s, and various other organizations.
A lifelong athlete who made the transition from high-level club tennis to pickleball, Chris likes working with beginners and intermediates alike to develop skills and game strategy. An empty-nester, Chris and his wife Jaime enjoy traveling to unique Pickleball destinations.
